Transit issues

Due issues with one of our transits at our network in Spijkenisse, connections from outside NL may having issues to reach us. We are working to reroute this traffic and get everything back online.

  • Everything should be back to normal. We will continue to monitor network connections from outside the EU and we have put some systems into place to prevent this in the future. Our transit fixed their issues, so we are available worldwide again.

We are sorry for the problems caused and work to prevent it in the future.

    MySQL cluster issues

Our High Available MySQL cluster is currently running on only 2 hosts. We are investigating why the 3'th, based in Amsterdam, has stopped working. Our SQL load balancers will re-route traffic to avoid location Amsterdam.

There may be a small performance impact when we recover the node in Amsterdam. No customers are directly connected to Amsterdam and our shared webhosting runs on a separate instance, so those services are not impacted.

  • Our High Available MySQL cluster is fully running and operational again. We will be watching our cluster closely for the next couple of hours, after which we'll further monitor it with our monitoring software.
