All services in location Spijkenisse are currently offline. We're working on this to get everything back up as soon as possible.
Customers with High Availability services are not effected by this outage. All traffic is routed to the other locations.
The issue has been fixed and everything is operating normally again. We're still waiting on an official response from the datacenter, after which we will publish a RFO here and e-mail customers with a SLA.
Everything is back up. We're monitoring all services to ensure proper operation. We will further talk to our datacenter to further prevent such outage in the future and we will keep this post updated with further updates and progress.

Both feeds are back online. Our infrastructure on location Spijkenisse is restoring.
The datacenter confirmed that the issue is a power issue on both feeds. B-feed is currently restoring and we will restore our infrastructure on this location as soon as possible.
