Eindhoven (NL) Performance issues due to nearly worn out harddrive

Our monitoring picked up a some performance issues in our first webserver due a nearly worn out harddrive. As a precaution, we will be replacing the harddrive before it fails. This unfortunately requires some downtime, as this webserver is one of our first servers without hot swappable harddrivers. A maintenance window will be scheduled as soon as possible to replace the harddrive. No data will be lost.

This webserver will be replaced at a later moment with a new server to benefit from further speed improvements, but also from new software like Cloudlinux, Imunify360 and our brand new mail cluster with improved spam filters. With this upgrade PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2 will be supported.

Eindhoven (NL) Unrecoverable state anti-spam software

Due an error in our anti-spam software, we are currently forced to reboot our first webserver (web01.01d.eu). Because of this, all websites on this host will be temporarily unavailable during the reboot.

As a result of this error, no emails are currently delivered to inboxes because the mails are queued up for an anti-spam check.

After the reboot we will further investigate how the anti-spam software got in this unrecoverable state to prevent this from happening in the future.
