The Hague power outage

Our The Hague location seems offline. We are investigating.

  • We are closing this incident. Everything is stable and we have found a plausible cause of the issue, which has been fixed.

Currently we know that it did not involve a complete datacenter power outage, but a short in a server - which tripped the fuse(s) of our feed(s). The exact flow and cause will be reconstructed, tested and described in a RFO, following later this week posted in this incident.

Redundant and/or High Available services and solutions weren't effected by this outage, as our other locations (The Hague and Amsterdam) were uneffected. There was only a brief period where the redundancy/High Availability of those services was lost.

  • The last hypervisor that was experiencing issues in The Hague is now online, all services are recovering. If you still experience issues please let us know.

  • One of our engineers is on their way to The Hague to help recover the last hypervisor that is currently still offline.

  • Most of our services are recovering. However some hypervisors aren't booting, as a result some VM's and web03.ntwrk.eu are still offline.

We are working to get everything recovered.

  • Unfortunately, our datacenter suffered a power outage. One feed is recovering, we're working to get everything back online on one feed.

Later we will release a RFO with more information, when we have also received more details from our datacenter.
