Eindhoven (NL) Webserver 3 HTTP issues

For a brief period of ~30 minutes websites from web03.ntwrk.eu were not available. Mail was not impacted.

The outage was due a malfunctioning service on the webserver. We identified the issue, fixed it and implemented a fix to prevent it from happening in the future.
