Due to limited available capacity, it might take some time for jobs to be picked up and processed.
We found a delay in the ability to scale up the number of GitLab Runner job servers, and we are investigating with the cloud provider.
We managed to scale up additional capacity on our own cloud (CBWS, Eindhoven).
This was initially a internal POC, but we may expedite the migration towards our own cloud for the Managed GitLab runners due to these issues at the other cloud provider.
Our cloud provider confirmed the incident and is working on it.
