Due to a national outage by the Dutch telecom provider KPN, our telephone support is less reachable by customers calling from the KPN network. We have received signals that when calling our telephone number, it simple does not ring. We are still available by other means of contact (WhatsApp and ticket) and will continu to answer questions.
