We are investigating high latencies on Object Storage since 9:45AM CET.
The incident has been resolved, we will keep you informed about further developments regarding this incident.
Latencies and error rates have been fully restored.
We seeing an improvement in error rates, latencies not yet. Supplier is saying 20 minutes and then everything should be recovering.
Current ETA for recovery is expected in 30 minutes.
Supplier has pinpointed the issue and is rebooting various components. They will provide an ETA whenever clear.
A small subset of buckets is having latencies issues and can experience an increased amount of errors. We have notified the supplier who continues to investigate.
