Eindhoven (NL) Hypervisor 5 issues

One of our hypervisors (hypervisor 5) is having issues. We are currently investigating and working to get everything up-and-running back normal as soon possible.

Because of this, our secondary webserver (web02.ntwrk.eu) is also impacted.

  • All services are back normal and everything is restored. The cause of the partial outage has been found and fixed, we are currently expanding our monitoring to detect these issues proactively before they become a problem.

    Transit partially down

One of our network providers is having issues with one of our uplinks in The Hague. The provider is investigating the issue. Luckily, only a short period of packet loss was captured for traffic coming into our network over this link. After some milliseconds, traffic was rerouted over our other uplinks - which minimized the impact on incoming traffic with minimal packet loss.

  • The problem has been solved by our network provider. A new maintenance window will be planned at a later moment for our network provider to move us to a new, improved, network segment.

    Monitoring Monitoring unstable

One of the external providers we use to monitor our infrastructure is currently getting DDoS attacks.

This has impact on the monitoring of our services, we do still have other systems in place that will notify us in case of issues with our infrastructure.

  • DDoS attacks seem to be under control on our external providers network. Our monitoring is back stable and we resume normal operation.
