Eindhoven (NL) Sending e-mails through Roundcube on webserver 1

Currently, due some updates, sending e-mails through Roundcube does not work properly. We are investigating the issue to deploy a permanent fix as soon as possible.

Besides the Roundcube issue, some customers may have issues sending emails through SMTP. This is due a outdated SSL version on the client side, we are looking into this as well where we may be able to add support for this SSL version.

  • The issue has been fixed. Roundcube is able to send e-mails again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  • Sunday 28th October 2018

    Eindhoven (NL) Webserver 1 offline

    We are currently working on getting the webserver 1 back online to full speed.

  • The issue has been fixed.

  • Server is back online and restored to its normal speed. We will continue to watch the webserver to ensure proper operation.

  • Server is back up. We are still making sure it won't fail on us again. Due the reboot there may be some slowdown in performance, which we are working on.

    Packet loss Spijkenisse

    We were seeing some packet loss on our network in Spijkenisse. Issue has been fixed, currently investigating the root cause of the issue.
